Strong content, assumes a UK and EU reader
We operate in three jurisdictions and the examples lean heavily on one of them. Nothing in it is wrong for us, but our Singapore team needed supplementary material.
Staff stopped treating it as a box to tick
The scenario assessments are the difference. People argue about the answers in the office afterwards, which is not something I have ever been able to say about compliance training.
The versioned records answered a question our last provider could not
We were asked at audit to produce what a specific member of staff had been taught in 2023, not what the course says today. Being able to produce that in an afternoon is the whole reason we moved.
