How we work

Three commitments we make to every client, written down because they are the ones that cost us money to keep.

Not at renewal. Courses affected by a change are revised and republished within thirty days, at no cost.

If a topic takes eleven minutes to teach properly, the module is eleven minutes. Nobody has ever thanked a provider for a longer course.

If you leave, you take a complete, versioned export of every completion record with you. It is your evidence, not our retention hook.
